CDC's

A CDC must comply with the relevant NSW Government legislation. We issue the following certificates involving class 1 and class 10 buildings under the National Construction Code > Building Code of Australia Volume 2 (BCA):

(a) Complying development certificates for building work of new houses, new side by side duplex, alterations and additions, extensions, granny flats, pools, the demolition or removal of a building or change of use,

(b) Occupation Certificates (OC),

A valid CDC.

Carrying out of critical stage inspections required under section 109E (3) (d) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Achievement of CDC compliance and compliance with the BCA Volume 2.
