CC's

A DA consent from your local council (with their requirements) precedes the issue of a CC. We issue the following certificates involving class 1 and class 10 buildings under the National Construction Code > Building Code of Australia Volume 2 ( BCA):

(a) Construction Certificates (CC) and Part 4Acompliance certificates for building work,

(b) Occupation Certificates ( OC) .

A valid CC.

Carrying out of critical stage inspections required under section 109E (3) (d) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Achievement of DA compliance and compliance with the BCA Volume 2.
